ECOSEMSEM is a private, curated circle of builders, founded on trust and goodwill. We welcome members by mutual fit, and we ask everyone to honour the same simple code. By joining, you agree to these terms and to the nine protocols that keep the circle healthy and kind.

Give First
Bring value to the circle before you ask of it. Generosity is how trust is built here.
Real Builders Only
Show real work, not buzzwords. Be yourself, honestly and simply.
Respect the Circle
No spam, no mass pitching, and never collect or sell members' contacts.
Consent First
Reach out through the proper channel, and always honour a 'no' with grace.
Keep It In the Circle
Honour the confidentiality of what members share in trust.
Honest Signal
Represent yourself, your work, and your intentions truthfully.
Lift Others
Help where you can. The circle rises together.
No Exploitation
Please don't treat the circle only as a place to extract, sell, or recruit.
Earn Your Seat
Stay active and contribute where you can. If life pulls you away for a while, that's okay; we may gently free up space so the circle stays alive.
The Terms
1. Acceptance
By creating an account and entering ECOSEMSEM, you agree to these Terms and the nine protocols. Your acceptance is recorded electronically and is valid under Egyptian law. If you don't agree, simply don't use the platform.
2. Who Can Join
Membership is by application and mutual fit. We review every application with care and may accept, waitlist, or, where necessary, decline. We aim to be fair and consistent, and to explain our decisions where we reasonably can.
3. Your Account & Security
Your login is personal to you. Please keep your password private, avoid sharing access, and let us know promptly if you think your account has been misused, so we can help protect it.
4. Member Conduct
We ask you to follow the nine protocols and treat every member with respect. Behaviour like harassment, spam, dishonesty, or collecting members' data without consent may lead to a friendly warning, a temporary pause, or, in serious cases, removal.
5. Profiles & Content
You own what you post and remain responsible for it. By sharing a profile, you give ECOSEMSEM a limited permission to display it to other members and, only where you allow it, in matchmaking. Please keep your information truthful and up to date.
6. Connections & Introductions
Connections happen by mutual consent. When you accept a request, you agree to share the contact details shown to that member. How you use another member's details is your responsibility, guided by the protocols and applicable law.
7. Privacy & Your Data
We collect only what we need to run the circle and connect members, and we process it on the basis of your consent. We do not sell your data. In line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, you may access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
The ECOSEMSEM name, brand, design, and platform belong to us. Members' own work and brands remain entirely theirs. Please don't copy or misuse either without permission.
9. Disclaimers
ECOSEMSEM helps people connect; it can't guarantee deals, funding, outcomes, or how any member behaves. The platform is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis. Please use your own judgement before acting on any connection. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Egyptian law, ECOSEMSEM is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between members. This does not exclude our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Pausing & Leaving
If a concern arises, we'll usually reach out first and, for minor issues, give you a fair chance to put things right. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to a pause or removal. You're always free to leave the circle, and to ask us to delete your account and data.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and protocols as the circle grows. We'll show you any material change, and your continued use after that means you accept the updated version.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We'll always try to resolve any issue amicably first; if needed, the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
